This type of wood was cut from the log left out to dry naturally. It will have rough, natural edges as well as saw marks from the mill. This type of wood is perfect for the do-it-yourselfer looking for the best price on the raw wood.  It is also ideal to make rustic outdoor furniture or as mantle or display piece.  Also the perfect choice for someone who just needs the material and plans on working the lumber as a project.

This type of wood would has been sawed and given a flat surface on both sides. It would be an ideal solution for someone who wants to work with the wood themself but may not have the tools or skill to get perfectly flat surfaces. It is a must for custom sizes that may require more than one piece to achive the desired width, for example a book-matched table or counter-top. This condition would still require light sanding to achive a furniture grade surface that can be sealed and finished.

This type of wood has been selected based on desire or custom measurements. It has been planed and sanded ready to take what ever finish you wish to apply.  If trims or moldings or bar rails are ordered they would come in this condition.
